Causetec is designed to help you find the root cause to problems fast and efficiently. The software combines a powerful RCA approach with state of the art technology (such as AI) and seamless workflow management.
After you register, we’ll promptly approve your request. You’ll then receive an email with an activation link that directs you to create your account. Once completed, you’ll be taken to a download page. Simply download the software, install it, and sign in with your credentials.
The standard free trial period is 4 weeks. You can request an extention of 2 more weeks if needed.
We will send you pricing information separately by email. This happens usually about two weeks into the free trial period. On request we will send it earlier.
For your profile data (name, email and password) we use a European cloud providers with servers located in Europe
We can configure SSO for your organisation on request.
The data is stored locally on your device. None of the problem related data is stored in the cloud.
Although our AI support leverages a Large Language Model (LLM), your data is never reused for training, ensuring it remains confidential and inaccessible to other users.
